Job summary

Salary: Up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus + Allowances

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour
• Location: Central (CBD Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for building projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Manage authority submissions, permit applications, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Supervise on-site works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Conduct cost estimation, tender evaluation, and support procurement activities.
• Resolve technical challenges efficiently and maintain high design integrity.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience in building services projects.
• Strong in design coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
