As a Mechanic I,you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.

What you’ll do:
  • Inspect engine modules and engine components.
  • Perform Mechanical/Chemical Cleaning of components, where needed
  • Perform basic engine components and parts removal
  • Perform basic engine component repair
  • Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality
  • Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations
  • Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety and environmental management
Position Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to support occasional overtime work
Preferred Characteristics
  • GCE 'O" Level or “N” level, Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma form a Technical discipline, Aerospace Engineering Discipline or its equivalent
  • Able to read approved engine manuals, Service Bulletins, technical data and drawings in English
