Job summary

Exceltec Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Building/Property Executive to oversee management of residential, industrial or commercial properties under strata titles in Singapore.

You will lead the property management team, develop strategies to enhance asset value, manage budgets, contracts, compliance and risk, and maintain relations with owners, tenants and service providers. A diploma or degree in Property/Real Estate is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office

Job Purpose

The Building/Property Executive oversees and enhances the management of residential, industrial or commercial properties governed by a strata title. These responsibilities are crucial for the efficient management and operation of the properties under the MCST, contributing to a positive living or working environment for all residents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Management: Overseeing, developing, and implementing property management strategies to enhance asset value.
• Operational Leadership: Leading the property management team, including Property Officers and other staff, in day-to-day operations. (Executive level and above)
• Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and service providers.
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting for the property.
• Contract Administration: Overseeing the negotiation and management of contracts with external vendors.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring all property operations comply with local regulations and standards and managing risks associated with property management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
