Job summary

Exceltec Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties in Singapore under MCST, ensuring smooth operations, financial control, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with MCST council, residents and tenants, manage budgets and contracts, and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in property management, 3-5 years' experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accredited Strata Manager preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and English.
