Job summary

GTS Consulting in Singapore is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to run payroll accurately across multiple entities, ensure HR operations are compliant, and help build a great employee experience.

You will manage monthly local and overseas payroll, handle CPF and tax filings, liaise with statutory bodies, supervise HR/Admin staff, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 3 years hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR regulations and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented and a strong problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly payroll for local and overseas staff, including CPF payments and tax filings.
• Check and verify payroll for different entities and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit CPF payments and tax filings on time for local and foreign employees.
• Administer staff benefits and handle government claims and grants.
• Liaise with IRAS, MOM, CPF and other statutory bodies; manage licence renewals.
