Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a transportation operations coordinator to manage product-related materials and parts, plan liaising with sub-contracting providers, and ensure timely delivery to support operations fulfilments.

You will prepare transit documents, handle non-conforming parts with internal and supplier, maintain a safe sub-assembly area, and assist in transport bookings.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Arrange transportation operations for product-related materials and parts.
• Prepare transit documents before dispatch to supplier.
• Handle non-conforming parts by returns with internal and supplier.
• Maintain safety and security of the sub-con area to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support transport booking for internal & external use to ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with supplier for collection to rework parts.
• Prepare labels with details (e.g. Project code, production order number, and quantities) according to folders.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
