Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Coordinator to oversee receiving, storage and dispatch of goods at our Singapore facility. You will supervise a small team, maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires commitment to safety, accurate inventory control, and good communication across teams to support efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or coordination.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
Assist in supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily operations.
Maintain detailed records of stock levels, deliveries, and shipments.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries.
