Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an administrative professional to support Program Managers in meeting customer delivery requirements and coordinating program deliverables. You will handle documentation, tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication within a manufacturing environment. This position is based in Singapore and involves on-site work.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator in the manufacturing industry.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Meticulous in details
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Program Managers for customer accounts and communicate deliverables.
• Arrange documentation for product shipments and returns to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and track customer consign materials and feed back to PM for project assignment.
• Assist in handling ECO and BOM changes to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain trackers for program deliverables and approvals for quality products.
• Assist in other program administrative tasks as assigned.
• Download and validate OTD reports against shipment records.
• Support continuous improvement programs.
