Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to process orders in WMS/ERP, release to the warehouse, and coordinate picking, packing and outbound shipping. The role requires a diploma in Logistics or related field and 1–3 years of warehousing experience.

Experience with WMS, SAP or Oracle is preferred. Shift work is required with a shift allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, SCM, or related field (1–3 years preferred).
• 1–3 years warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, Oracle or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders in the WMS or ERP system; prepare picking and packing documents; release orders to the warehouse; coordinate picking, packing and shipping; prioritise urgent orders and monitor outbound progress.

• Process and verify customer orders in the WMS or ERP system; prepare picking and packing documents; release orders to the warehouse; coordinate picking, packing and shipping; prioritise urgent orders; and monitor outbound order progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; 1–3 years’ warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience. Experience with WMS, SAP, Oracle or similar systems is preferred.

Additional:

• Shift work is required.
• Shift allowance provided.
• The schedule lists five shifts:
• Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 8:30 am–6:15 pm
• Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 am–6:15 pm
• Monday–Friday and Sunday, 10:30 am–10:30 pm
• Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 1:00 pm–10:45 pm
• Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 pm–10:45 pm
