Job summary

Shopee is looking for candidates for warehouse roles in Singapore. Responsibilities include daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, sorting, packing, and general housekeeping duties.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum secondary school education and at least 3 months of experience in warehouse management. A valid WSQ Certified Forklift License is required, and candidates must be comfortable lifting items up to 15kg and working shifts over a 5-day week.

• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put‑away), outbound (pick/pack/release), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
• Check on the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing
• Place items into respective locations identify in WMS system
• Packing items according to SOP
• Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on warehouse needs

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or Nitec in Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 months of experience in warehouse/supply chain management is preferred
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Able to carry items up to 15kg
• Able to work on shift pattern, 5 days work week including weekends
• Good understanding of Logistics / e-commerce industry
• Has a valid WSQ Certified Forklift License
• Experience in handling reach-truck, license for forklift will be a plus
