Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure materials are available for production needs.

The role involves receiving materials, storing them via FIFO/FEFO, issuing materials for production, monitoring stock levels, and performing regular stocktakes. Shift hours vary by schedule, with multiple shift options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in warehouse/manufacturing
• Experience with material handling and inventory control
• Familiar with WMS, SAP or Oracle
• Willing to work shifts and irregular hours
• Able to perform hands-on warehouse duties and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming materials and delivery documents.
• Store materials in the correct locations following FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables for production use.
• Monitor stock levels and report material shortages.
• Perform stocktaking and inventory checks.
• Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
• Update inventory records and maintain stock accuracy.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
• Experience in material handling and inventory control is preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, Oracle or other inventory systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts or irregular hours.
• Able to perform hands-on warehouse duties and follow safety procedures

Working Days & Hours:

• Shift 1: Monday–Thursday & Sunday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
• Shift 2: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
• Shift 3: Monday & Friday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM
• Shift 4: Monday–Thursday & Sunday, 1:00 PM – 10:45 PM
• Shift 5: Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 10:45 PM
