PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate order processing, and optimize productivity. The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field, with 3–5 years of warehouse experience and 1–2 years in staff supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• 1–2 years leading frontline operational staff.
• Experience in a 3PL, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

• Ensure staff follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare operational and productivity reports and track KPIs.
• Review performance and identify productivity, service and cost improvements.

Job scope

• Ensure staff follow warehouse procedures, safety requirements and customer instructions.

• Investigate operational incidents and recommend preventive measures.

• Prepare operational and productivity reports and monitor key performance indicators.

• Review operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.

• 1–2 years of experience managing frontline operational staff.

• Experience in a 3PL, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

Working schedules and vacancies

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:15 pm — 1 vacancy

• Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 pm–10:45 pm — 1 vacancy

• Tuesday–Saturday, 10:45 pm–8:30 am — 1 vacancy
