Job summary

LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at Changi South Street 2. You will ensure processes are followed, coordinate with shop-floor and buyers for deliveries and returns, and train staff on outbound tasks.

Ideal candidates possess a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management and hands-on warehousing experience. Shift work includes Sundays/Public Holidays as rosters require; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
• Hands-on warehousing experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Familiar with operating MHE such as forklift and reach truck.
• Location based at Changi South Street 2 with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff comply with operation processes.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to meet performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Shop-floor Supervisor/Buyer on deliveries and returns.
• Train employees in outbound functions per procedures.
• Liaise with departments to resolve warehouse issues.
• Arrange daily deliveries to shop-floor.
• Assign tasks and schedule staff.
• Maintain clean and organized inventory and storage areas.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure staff comply with operation processes

• Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded

• Responsible for coordinating with Shop-floor Supervisor / Buyer on delivery orders and returns

• Train employees in all outbound functions according to company procedures

• Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related issues

• Arrange daily delivery to shop-floor

• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling

• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained

• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Specific Accountabilities

• Plan overtime base on capacity and requirements

• Approval of annual leave

• Proposal of hiring and terminate staffs

• Generate and monitor daily KPI

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management

• Hands-on experience in warehousing will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to deal with people of all levels

• Able to perform work with minimal supervision

• Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities

• Able to operate MHE such as Forklift and Reach Truck

• Inventory management and reconciliation of errors

• Location: Changi South Street 2 (Shift work including Sunday / Public Holiday duty, according to work roster)

• Working Hour: 7AM - 4PM shift, total 4 rest days and 2 off days per month arranged based on warehouse needs
