Summary about role
As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for the CE business. Evaluates customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Co-ordinates with regional marketing and local commercial teams, marketing and promotional plans, prepares resources to achieve revenue, profitability and market share objectives for CE and CD.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse market needs from various sources. Conduct market research.
- Lead yearly MCS and LRDP data
- Plan and execute marketing activities including 3rd party events, educational seminars, conferences, in-service programmes, FME events (include other countries event) for the purpose of total engagement with the renal community and establishing the provider business brand.
- Lead Compliance process, planning and execution. Connect with all stakeholders and delegate according to providing learning opportunities for other support team i.e. Sales Manager and Sales Admin
- Develop and drive patient awareness, acquisition and retention initiatives, working closely with HCPs.
- Include Field visit to build rapport and collect data from HCPs
- Collaborate on the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, service concepts and promotional programmes via different marketing channels.
- Lead in The Edge, Veeva
- Ad-hoc projects
- Be familiar with social media management to drive content development and key performance metrics with agency
- Prepare all related marketing and business slides, reports
- Prepare Business case for Product Launch
- Represent and lead all vertical meetings related to products, including quarterly meeting organised by verticals and ad hoc initiatives
- Drive development and maintenance of marketing materials ie. flyers, posters, direct mailers, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters via Veeva
- Understand and maintain the corporate brand in all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate and support CD’s initiatives
- Take ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximise ROI.
- Develop relationships with and working alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, contractors and HCPs
- Represent and actively present at promotional events and meetings
- Work closely with global Corporate Communications to develop messaging, press releases, contributed articles, event strategy and media relations strategy for provider business
- Support the ground team with ad hoc initiatives
Your Profile:
- Degree/diploma in Management, Marketing, Business or related fields
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the Healthcare and related industry
- A proven record of success in a strategic marketing role
- Good exposure to the public and/or private Healthcare and hospital sectors
- Good knowledge and information of competitors in the marketplace
- Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas, including AI, web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning to deliver engaging campaigns
- Presentation skills are a must
- Good team spirit
- Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities, coupled with the ability to simultaneously control various projects
- Ability to process and prioritise tasks in an organised and proactive manner
- Project and campaign management experience
- Ability to work well with cross-departmental team members, enabling collaboration and advice sharing
- Strong research capabilities, problem solving and managing various stakeholders
- Ability to use/capitalise software packages including Office 365, Canva, AI tools, Dynamics 365, Excel, Word, Jasper AI, Ad creative AI, PowerPoint, Google Business Tools, Adobe Suite etc. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc
