Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field.
• Knowledge in Meta Business Suite is required.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Campaigns across social media, digital, email, events, and retail promotions.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, materials, launches, and promotions.
• Suggest ideas to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and RedNote, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Monitor trends and engage with customers through comments and messages.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone.
• Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Support photoshoots, video production, and development of campaign assets.
• Support product launches, collaborations, events, and retail promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Track social media and campaign performance, KPIs, and engagement.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Marketing Execution

• Support and execute campaigns across social media, digital, email, events, and retail promotions.

• Coordinate campaign timelines, materials, launches, and promotions.

• Suggest ideas to grow brand awareness and engagement.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and RedNote (Xiaohongshu), including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.

• Monitor trends and engage with customers through comments and messages with patience and professionalism.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone.

3. Content Creation

• Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Support photoshoots, video production, and development of campaign assets.

4. Events, Launches & Coordination

• Support product launches, collaborations, events, and retail promotions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution.

5. Performance Tracking

• Track social media and campaign performance, KPIs, and engagement.

• Provide basic reporting and insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field.

• Have knowledge in Meta Business Suite is required.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Curious and trend-aware, with a strong interest in social media and content creation.

Bonus Skills

• Photography, videography, or video editing experience.

• Strong interest in both physical and e-commerce retail, collectibles, lifestyle products, and emerging consumer trends is a plus.

• Experience with events, brand collaborations, or product launches.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing performance.
