Job summary

LUCKY CAFES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive engaging content and campaigns for both restaurant and plant nursery facets. You will manage multiple platforms, coordinate a monthly calendar, and respond to inquiries, building brand awareness and sales.

The role involves creative content production, online/offline campaigns, and collaboration with management to maintain a cohesive brand. A passion for food, plants, lifestyle, and customer engagement is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Strong photography, videography, and basic graphic design skills.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing software.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, and social media advertising.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh marketing ideas.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for food, plants, lifestyle, and customer engagement is an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Executive to promote our restaurant and plant retail nursery businesses. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, running marketing campaigns, and helping to grow our brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage the Company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, LinkedIn and others).
• Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and written content for both the restaurant and nursery.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar and posting schedule.
• Respond to online enquiries, comments, and customer messages promptly.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Promote new menu items, seasonal products, events, promotions, and special offers.
• Develop creative ideas to increase customer engagement, footfall, and online sales.
• Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions, and community activities.

Branding & Digital Marketing

• Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
• Design simple promotional materials, posters, menus, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• Manage online listings and business profiles, including Google Business and food delivery platforms.
• Assist in email marketing and customer loyalty programmes.

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, plants, flowers, nursery products, and events.
• Edit photos and short videos suitable for social media and promotional use.
• Coordinate content creation with restaurant and nursery teams.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor social media performance, advertising results, and customer engagement.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend improvements.
• Support online sales through e-commerce platforms and digital promotions.

General Marketing Support

• Work closely with Management and Operations to plan seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
• Liaise with external designers, printers, influencers, and marketing partners where required.
• Perform other marketing and promotional duties assigned by Management.

Requirements
