About the role
The Marketing Executive is a hands-on role that partners directly with our Marketing Manager to bring our campaigns to life. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility and sales growth by managing our social media presence, creating engaging visual content, and supporting our trade marketing activations. This role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage Social Channels: Oversee our social media accounts, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and our community stays engaged.
- Ideation & Planning: Proactively brainstorm creative ideas and develop content calendars for social media posts, stories, and reels.
- Content Production: Produce engaging social media content and digital assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Copywriting: Draft clear, compelling copy for social media captions, promotional materials, and marketing communications.
- Micro-Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted micro-campaigns designed to drive customer interaction and awareness.
Design & Trade Marketing Support
- Creative Support: Create and adapt on-brand marketing materials, including Point-of-Sale (POS) items like shelf-talkers, wobblers, standees, and e-commerce banners.
- Campaign Execution: Assist the team in executing trade marketing initiatives, such as brand collaborations, GWP activations, and promotional events.
- Retail Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure our marketing materials are well-executed in-store, including support for sampling booths and roadshows.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Collaborative Support: Act as a helpful bridge across departments; providing marketing and design support to Sales, Product, or other teams as needed to help project goals.
- Process Coordination: Assist in ensuring that campaigns and promotional activities are properly documented and follow internal processes.
- Administrative Support: Help with marketing budget tracking, vendor coordination, and gathering basic market or competitor information.
Requirements
- Education & Portfolio: Diploma or University degree holder. Please share a portfolio that demonstrates your design and social media work.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management and graphic design. Experience in F&B or FMCG is a plus, but we are open to talent with the right creative mindset.
- Technical Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, an eye for current digital trends, and good content writing skills.
