Job summary

Casa Concetto Pte Ltd is seeking a creative Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, produce engaging content and support marketing campaigns and lead generation.

The role requires hands-on filming, editing and design, with responsibility for content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus planning monthly content calendars and collaboration with brand teams.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content and support marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content & Social Media

• Film, edit and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.

• Develop creative content ideas based on trends, products and customer interests.

• Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

• Organise and maintain photo, video and marketing assets.

B. Marketing & Campaigns

• Coordinate with external marketing agencies on campaigns and marketing strategies.

• Support product launches, showroom events, collaborations and partnership campaigns.

• Ensure promotions, pricing and product information are accurate across all marketing materials.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and content are launched on time.

• Write compelling and engaging captions and visual copy for ad creatives, showroom prints, promotional materials and organic content

• Develop and produce marketing materials across digital and offline channels, including social media content, print collateral, showroom displays and promotional assets.

• Conduct data analysis and research on marketing campaigns, target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activity.
  

C. Lead & Customer Support

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to understand customer questions, objections and feedback.

• Turn customer insights into relevant content, campaigns and marketing ideas.

• Support & collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales campaigns and marketing initiatives that drive quality leads and showroom footfall.

D. Performance & Reporting

• Track content performance, engagement, leads and campaign results.

• Identify trends and recommend improvements to content and marketing strategies.

• Provide regular updates on content and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related field.

• Strong hands‑on experience in filming, video editing, graphic design and social media content creation.

• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

• Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro.

• Good eye for visual content, branding and storytelling.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to analyse marketing and campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Proactive, creative and comfortable working independently.

• Experience working with external marketing agencies is an advantage.

• Experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, interior or consumer‑facing brands is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong content creation and video editing skills, with hands‑on experience in filming and producing social media content.

• Proficient in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

• Creative and able to identify social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Proactive, independent and able to take ownership from content planning through execution.

• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how content can support brand awareness, leads and sales.

Note: This role is ideal for a proactive, trend‑aware and resourceful, with a strong eye for visual content and branding. You should also be comfortable working closely with Sales and Customer Service to understand customer behaviour and turn these insights into better content and marketing strategies.
