Job summary

C&OL SLEEP SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support lifestyle retail campaigns, in-store promotions, and digital content creation across multiple brands.

You will plan campaigns, manage social media on Instagram, coordinate with malls and partners, and produce captions, photos, and visuals to maintain brand consistency.

The role requires experience in retail marketing, a marketing degree, and strong Chinese language skills to liaise with stakeholders; join our fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience in multi-brand, retail, and campaign marketing
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Interest in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics to produce appealing marketing content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation techniques
• Skills in Canva or similar design tools for marketing collateral creation
• Basic photography and videography skills to support content production
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams
• Energetic, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Multi-tasking and resourceful skills to manage multiple projects efficiently

Responsibilities

• Support in-store promotions, events, and develop visual merchandising concepts to enhance customer experience
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Manage influencer collaborations and outreach to expand brand presence
• Liaise with shopping malls, vendors, agencies, partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Write captions, product descriptions, and marketing materials to support campaign messaging
• Track campaign performance metrics including sales, engagement, and foot traffic to evaluate effectiveness
• Coordinate with store teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Manage marketing collaterals, EDMs, social media visuals, in-store materials, and product photoshoots to maintain brand consistency
• Support ongoing marketing projects and CRM activities to ensure timely delivery of all marketing deliverables
