You will take full ownership of maintaining and managing our e-commerce platform, while also taking the lead in growing our digital footprint through robust, proactive social media engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on, digital-savvy marketer who loves bringing a brand's story to life online.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Leadership: Take the lead in maintaining, updating, and managing the company's proprietary e-commerce platform. Ensure product listings are accurate, monitor inventory levels, troubleshoot daily operational issues, and optimize the user journey to drive online sales.
Social Media Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to grow our online presence. Manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu. Proactively engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns in tandem with the Marketing Manager, ensuring timely rollout across all restaurant outlets and digital platforms.
Content Creation: Work closely with external agencies or in-house designers to produce compelling marketing collateral, videos, and copywriting tailored for digital growth.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and e-commerce initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Mentorship: Guide the Marketing Executive in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.
