Job summary

Heart Springs Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to grow our beauty and wellness brands. You will plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and support marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with outlet teams, liaise with influencers, and monitor performance to drive reach and engagement. Fresh graduates are welcome; a diploma or degree in marketing or related field is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest or portfolio in social media marketing are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Comfortable with creating short-form video content and basic photo/video editing.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar apps is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to propose new content and marketing ideas.
• Comfortable visiting outlets for content creation and campaign execution.

You will be responsible for planning, creating and managing engaging social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, and growing our brands' digital presence. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys keeping up with social media trends, creating content and translating ideas into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.

• Create engaging social media content including posts, Reels, short-form videos, stories and promotional materials.

• Coordinate and participate in photo and video shoots at our outlets.

• Write clear and engaging captions and marketing copy.

• Monitor social media trends and identify suitable content ideas, formats and opportunities for the brands.

• Manage day-to-day posting and upkeep of the company's social media accounts.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, collaborations and events.

• Liaise with influencers, content creators, partners and external vendors where required.

• Assist with digital advertisements and campaign execution across platforms such as Meta.

• Track social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads and conversions.

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Work closely with outlet teams and Management to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly.

• Support other branding, marketing and promotional activities as required.
