Job Description

• Support the planning and execution of RSO Public relations and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the goals of the division and region.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to campaign performance, audience engagement, and communication effectiveness.
• Prepare and present monthly reports, summarising key performance indicators, trends, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on digital metrics, including website analytics (e.g., traffic, bounce rateishini), social media performance, SEO/SEM results, and CRM engagement.
• Assist in the management of CRM platforms, internal systems, and customer engagement tools to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Proven regional expertise is essential to support the division’s growth and coordination initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on events, Public Relations activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in maintaining documentation, such as user guides and process documentation related to Public Relations-related systems and tools.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to step into ad‑hoc responsibilities and collaborative tasks when opportunities arise.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including vendors, Public Relations representatives in other region countries, and other divisions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline – candidates with diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, Public Relations, Communications or related roles is preferred.
• Experience in the educational sector/industry is preferred.
• Ability to create clear visualisations to communicate data‑driven insights.
