Our goal is to set the global standard for thoughtful innovation.

At La Royale Group, we don’t just invest—we build.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing, PR & Communications Manager who can build, strengthen, and amplify our brand presence across the Group and its business units. This role will lead the planning and execution of brand strategy, public relations, marketing campaigns, internal & external communications, and digital engagement for La Royale Group. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ideal for a driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic, multi‑industry environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Group & Business Unit Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and manage marketing plans for Group-wide initiatives and individual business units, maintaining a consolidated marketing calendar to drive cross‑entity alignment, content sharing, and coordinated visibility
  • Act as the primary marketing lead for entities without internal teams and collaborate with existing marketing managers across business units to align strategies, share content, and ensure consistent brand representation across the Group.
  • Lead campaign ideation, execution, and performance tracking across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee marketing asset development (content, visuals, collaterals, presentations)
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI‑driven decision making
2. Corporate Brand Management
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and messaging for La Royale Group and individual business units across all touchpoints (digital, print, events, communication - both internal and external)
  • Ensure consistent branding and lead brand storytelling initiatives to enhance reputation, credibility, and visibility.
  • Provide brand guidance and alignment support to ensure unified representation across all entities.
3. Executive Brand Management (UBO & Group CEO)
  • Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the UBO and Group CEO
  • Manage executive social media presence; including content planning, writing, engagement, and community management.
  • Produce thought‑leadership content, speaking profiles, media narratives, and public‑facing materials that reinforce visibility across La Royale Group and individual business units
  • Collaborate with internal teams on SEO insights, visibility audits, and sentiment analysis; translate findings into actionable campaigns.
4. Public Relations, Media Engagement & Events
  • Develop and execute PR strategies that strengthen the reputation of La Royale Group and individual business units
  • Prepare and coordinate press releases, media kits, articles, talking points, and briefing materials for leadership
  • Identify and secure thought‑leadership opportunities, editorial features, and industry visibility for the Group and business units.
  • Plan and execute corporate networking events, product launches, investor gatherings, and community initiatives, ensuring strong brand impact and creating meaningful stakeholder experiences.
5. Digital & Social Media Management
  • Lead strategy, planning, and content development for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage and grow the digital presence of both the Group, business units, and the UBO / Group CEO’s personal brand channels
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, visibility, and community building.
  • Oversee website content, updates, user experience, and adherence to brand standards
6. Internal & External Communications
  • Develop communication calendars, announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and UBO and / or Group CEO messages
  • Partner with HR and leadership on culture-building and internal engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate structured information flow between entities, ensuring that key news and updates are shared Group-wide.
