  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Create and manage social media content, including photo/video editing.
  • Coordinate digital advertising with agencies and track performance.
  • Prepare marketing materials for product launches and promotions.
  • Plan and execute community and media events, coordinating logistics.
  • Track marketing budgets and process purchases and invoices.
  • Work with CRM team on customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain showroom branding standards and marketing displays.
  • Coordinate with media partners and influencers.
  • Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc marketing duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
  • Create and manage social media content, including simple photo/video editing and daily posting.

  • Coordinate digital advertising with agencies, including budget tracking and performance monitoring.

  • Prepare marketing materials for product launches, service promotions, and CRM communications.

  • Plan and execute customer, community, and media events, including vendor coordination and logistics.

  • Track marketing budgets, handle purchase orders, quotations, and invoice processing.

  • Work with CRM team on customer engagement, retention initiatives, and lead follow-up.

  • Maintain showroom branding standards and ensure marketing displays meet BMW CI guidelines.

  • Coordinate with media partners, influencers, and KOLs for content, reviews, and test rides.
  • Support administrative tasks and any ad-hoc marketing duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.

  • Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
