Job summary

Wonderful Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in Singapore. You will analyze metrics, conduct market research, forecast trends, and guide campaigns to drive awareness and sales across multiple channels.

The role requires leadership of a marketing team, collaboration with sales and external agencies, and oversight of annual budgets to ensure ROI and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of marketing experience.
• Relevant diploma or degree required.
• CEI license preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive the business forward.
• Analysing key marketing metrics, market research, forecasts, and competitor analyses to inform campaigns.
• Adjusting the marketing plan based on insights to better understand the consumer and support business strategy.
• Providing tools and materials for the effective functioning of the sales team.
• Advising on development of the corporate brand.
• Identifying new business opportunities and providing actionable plans to marketing and sales teams.
• Overseeing the management of annual marketing budgets.
• Building strong relationships with managers across the business.
• Delivering overviews of all marketing activities to drive awareness and sales across digital, print, media, social, research and direct marketing.
• Overseeing coordination with external agencies.
• Providing development opportunities and guidance for the marketing team on priorities, budgets, and resources.
