About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, collaborative Marketing & Branding Manager based in Singapore to lead our regional marketing efforts with a core focus on the semiconductor business, keep pace with rapid business development and customer growth. You will work closely with the sales team and the Product Manager to translate technical product information into compelling marketing materials and manage regional industry events.

Job Summary
1. Regional Marketing & Sales Support (Primary Focus)
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales Directors to develop and localize marketing materials, including product brochures, high-quality presentation PPTs, and website content updates.
  • Content Localization: Work with the Technical Product Management (TPM) team to translate and adapt technical content, ensuring it is professional and market-ready.
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of regional industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer roadshows.
  • Design Coordination: Act as the responsible party for visual branding; coordinate with design departments to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
2. Branding & Communications (Secondary/Collaborative)
  • Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain the brand tone and messaging specifically for the semiconductor sector in Southeast Asia.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between management, sales, and technical teams to ensure all external communications are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years (minimum) of experience in marketing and/or branding.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the semiconductor industry; familiar with the Southeast Asian semiconductor market landscape.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills; fluency in Chinese will come in handy when liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the region.
  • Soft Skills: Extroverted personality with strong collaborative abilities and an "outward-facing" mindset.
  • Technical Literacy: Must be able to understand and communicate complex concepts related to semiconductors without necessarily having an engineering degree.
  • Travel: Ability to undertake occasional regional or international travel as required.
