Position: Marketing and Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development Director in all aspects of the sales process in order to meet targets.

  • Help to identify and recruit suitable reseller partners in the various regions.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies including a strong web and social media presence.

  • Ensure that marketing, product and sales support material is accurate, up to date and suitable for regional customers.

  • Contributing to the marketing strategy and creating new marketing materials as required

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and resellers via telephone calls and emails.

  • Generate quality sales leads in the appropriate market sectors.

  • Maintaining the CRM database and producing reports for senior management

  • Conducting market research into competitors, competing products, potential customers and resellers

  • Working together with other parts of the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing/Business related, or relevant qualifications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.

  • Resourceful and able to work independently when required.

  • Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
