A leading training simulation provider in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Sales Support Executive to assist in business development efforts. The role involves supporting the sales process, developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market research. Support the Business Development Director in all aspects of the sales process in order to meet targets.
Help to identify and recruit suitable reseller partners in the various regions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies including a strong web and social media presence.
Ensure that marketing, product and sales support material is accurate, up to date and suitable for regional customers.
Contributing to the marketing strategy and creating new marketing materials as required
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and resellers via telephone calls and emails.
Generate quality sales leads in the appropriate market sectors.
Maintaining the CRM database and producing reports for senior management
Conducting market research into competitors, competing products, potential customers and resellers
Working together with other parts of the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability
Degree in Marketing/Business related, or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
