Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive business development and account management across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on opportunities in equipment sales, service contracts, airtime solutions, retrofits, and vessel upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have a robust maritime network, proven sales performance, and the ability to engage stakeholders from operations to procurement. The position offers a dynamic environment with regional growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the marine, offshore, or maritime industry.
• Existing network and relationships within the maritime sector.
• Proven track record in generating sales and developing customer accounts.
• Familiarity with vessel operations and marine procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, offshore operators, shipyards, and maritime stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for marine navigation, communication, and connectivity solutions.
• Promote vessel servicing, maintenance agreements, equipment installation, commissioning services, and retrofit projects.
• Drive sales of satellite communication, airtime, and value-added connectivity solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
