Job summary

Our client in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager with existing maritime network to grow long-term relationships.

You will develop new business with ship owners, ship managers, offshore operators, shipyards and other stakeholders, selling marine navigation, connectivity solutions, satellite communications, and related services, while negotiating tenders and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical solutions, marine electronics or connectivity products is advantageous.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with ship owners, ship managers, offshore operators, shipyards and key maritime stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities across marine navigation, communications and connectivity solutions.
• Drive sales of marine electronics, vessel retrofits, equipment installation and commissioning services.
• Promote maintenance and servicing contracts to existing and new customers.
• Develop opportunities for satellite communications, VSAT, airtime packages and connectivity solutions.
• Expand market presence for marine electronics and related products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders, as well as lead commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with engineering, project and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular customer visits and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Keep up to date with market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
