Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marine Studies, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries.
• Strong understanding of marine operations, offshore supply chain, or energy services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore oil & gas sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, marine contractors, offshore operators, and shipyards.
• Promote company products and services, including marine fuels, lubricants, offshore support solutions, or engineering services.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
