The Solutions Sales Engineer works with the Sales Team to understand customer needs, develop maritime digital solutions and drive PoCs from pre-sales through onboard implementation and stabilization. Based in Singapore, you will interact with customers regionally and coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Engineering and Operations teams to translate operations requirements into

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Support the Sales Team in understanding customer requirements and developing maritime digital solutions.
Create and present technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BOMs and cost estimations.
Coordinate PoCs, pilots and product evaluations, including configuration, testing and performance validation.
Assist in solution implementation, onboarding and post-deployment stabilization.
Translate customer requirements into practical maritime digital solutions and ensure project delivery.
