Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries by phone and email.
• Understand customer requirements and work with the technical team to recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and logistics teams on availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Support sales reporting and contribute towards sales targets.
