Talent Titans in Singapore is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Officer to manage sales enquiries, quotations, and customer relationships from an office base.

Initially inside sales with potential to expand to outside sales including site visits and account management; you will work with technical and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.

The role offers growth as product knowledge deepens and customers are engaged across maritime sector.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in following up quotations and developing leads.
• Good organisational skills for quotations, orders and customer data.
• Willingness to learn technical products and explain benefits.
• Comfortable using CRM or sales order management systems.
• Able to work independently and across teams.
• Interest in progressing to outside sales with occasional customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical team for solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; convert opportunities into orders.
• Proactively contact existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships with purchasing teams, shipowners and managers.
• Coordinate with logistics to confirm product availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM.
• Support sales reporting and contribute to targets.
