Collaborating with engineering and technical teams, you will prepare technical-commercial proposals, monitor market trends, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in shipping or offshore markets.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations, ship management, and related technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results.
• Extensive network with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
• Results-driven and autonomous in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in shipping, maritime, and offshore sectors.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, yards, operators, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals with engineering input.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with engineering, services, projects, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.
