Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Maritime Sales professional to identify and secure new business within shipping, offshore sectors, and shipowners.

You will manage full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure, build strong industry relationships, and develop strategic plans to align with regional and global objectives. Travel will be frequent to meet clients and advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in shipping, marine, offshore sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results in a competitive market.
• Strong network with key industry stakeholders and clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within shipping, maritime and offshore sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals with engineering/technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, services, projects, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.
