Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Officer to manage sales enquiries, prepare quotations and build customer relationships, with initial focus on inside sales and potential growth into outside sales including visits.

You will work closely with the technical and operations teams to develop product knowledge for maritime safety solutions and progress to account management across existing customers while pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers by phone, email and in person.
• Proactive follow-up on quotations, developing leads and securing business.
• Good organisational skills when handling quotations, orders and customer information.
• Willingness to learn technical products and explain their practical benefits.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales order management systems.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in evolving to outside sales with customer visits and travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries by phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
• Understand customer requirements and work with the technical team to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with purchasing teams, shipowners, ship managers and other customer contacts.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and logistics teams on product availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunity updates in the CRM system.
• Support sales reporting and contribute towards sales targets.
