TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HSQE professional to oversee health, safety, quality and environmental procedures across the fleet, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and our company standards.

You will manage HSQE documentation, audits, incidents and regulatory updates, coordinate with vessel personnel, class societies and flag administrations, and promote continuous improvement in safety and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience for GCE O-Level holders
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Maritime/Engineering Diploma holders
• Knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, PSC, flag-state requirements and ship management documentation
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 standards

Responsabilités

• Oversee HSQE procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organise and update HSQE docs, databases and tracking systems.
• Review vessel compliance records and inspections.
• Facilitate audits (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, TMSA) and follow-up actions.
• Track audits, certifications and corrective actions.
• Document incidents and assist investigations and emergency drills.
• Circulate safety advisories and regulatory updates to the fleet.
• Prepare HSQE performance reports and KPI summaries.
• Collaborate with vessel personnel, class societies and flag administrations.
• Arrange HSQE records for newly managed vessels and drive safety improvements.
