Responsibilities

• Oversee HSQE implementation and administration to meet maritime regs and standards.
• Organise HSQE documentation, databases and tracking systems.
• Review vessel compliance records including work/rest hours and testing.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO/TMSA).
• Track audits, certifications and corrective actions with timelines.
• Document incidents and assist investigations and emergency drills.
• Disseminate safety advisories and regulatory updates fleet‑wide.
• Prepare HSQE KPIs and management review materials.
• Collaborate with vessel personnel, class societies and service providers.
