Job summary

HR Focus in Jurong (Chin Bee Road) is seeking a diligent administrative professional to support procurement and shipping operations. You will handle RFQs, sales and delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices, coordinating with suppliers and the operations team to ensure timely vessel deliveries.

You should be proficient with Microsoft Office, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in shipping, marine, hospitality, FMCG, or related industries is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels or above required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and multitask.

• Experience in shipping, marine, hospitality, FMCG, food trading or related industries will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare RFQs.
• Process and prepare Sales Orders.
• Process and prepare Delivery Orders.
• Process and prepare Packing Lists.
• Support procurement activities and order tracking.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing records.
• Prepare invoices and assist with documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and operations team to ensure timely deliveries to vessels.
• Support accounting and audit-related administrative work.
