Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Purchasing Assistant to support procurement activities for marine projects. You will handle PRs, quotations, and generate POs, while tracking deliveries and ensuring accurate costing.

Responsibilities include LC shipment coordination, supplier communication, and monthly purchasing reporting. Proficient MS Office skills and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
• Knowledge of marine industry is a plus and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchase requisitions and supplier quotations, selecting best value.
• Generate and issue purchase orders based on approved requests.
• Track deliveries, verify documents, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate LC shipments and liaise with freight forwarders for clearance.
• Prepare monthly purchasing reports and maintain audit-ready records.
