Job summary

Manpower Singapore is urgently hiring a Sales Admin (Service Coordinator) for a marine company at Loyang. The role focuses on order processing, shipping documentation, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and accounts to resolve issues, prepare freight bills, and monitor order records. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with transport options from several areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage shipping documents.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction with prompt responses.
• Create shipping documents and perform goods receipts.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate order records and related documents.
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics vendors for smooth operations.
• Verify and process freight bills for payment.
• Communicate with customers, operations, sales, and shared services.
