Job summary

HSM SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Tuas Area, Singapore, seeks a Marine Operations Executive to coordinate and manage daily operational activities for ongoing and confirmed projects.

You will liaise with the Commercial PIC and work with project teams, local vendors, and agents to ensure timely execution and proper cost tracking. The role covers manpower mobilisation, material procurement, marine logistics, QA/QC documentation, and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5.5 days per week.
• Tuas Area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities for ongoing projects.
• Arrange and monitor manpower mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Collect, verify, update and maintain daily manpower timesheets.
• Procure materials, obtain quotations, and coordinate deliveries as per project specs.
• Follow up on vendor POs, invoices, and cost records for project budgets.
• Coordinate with local agents for manpower transfers and marine logistics.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and ensure timely submissions.
• Provide regular operational updates to the Commercial PIC and maintain project records.
