Job summary

Talent Titans in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator (Marine) to manage daily maritime operations and support after-sales activities from Singapore HQ.

You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare documents, oversee stock and logistics for local and overseas points, and participate in process improvements to drive efficiency.

The role requires 3-5 years in maritime, good communication, and detail orientation, with Mandarin preferred for liaising with China suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant maritime industry experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; Mandarin is preferred for liaising with China-based suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock points.
• Participate in meetings, share best practices, and support process improvement.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
