Job summary

HSM MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marine Operations Executive to coordinate daily operations for ongoing and confirmed projects, ensuring timely execution, manpower mobilisation, procurement, transport, and cost tracking.

You will report to the Commercial PIC and collaborate with project teams, local vendors and agents to keep operations smooth, compliant, and within budget, with 5.5-day work week at Tuas Area.

Qualifications

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities for ongoing and confirmed projects; provide updates to the Commercial PIC.
• Arrange and monitor manpower mobilisation/demobilisation; coordinate crew transfers and marine transport.
• Collect and verify daily timesheets; monitor attendance and overtime for cost tracking.
• Source materials, obtain quotes, ensure delivery schedules and transport of materials.
• Track POs, invoices, and costs; update project cost records.
• Coordinate with local agents for marine logistics; ensure permits and schedules.
• Prepare QA/QC docs and ensure timely submission.
• Provide regular operational updates and maintain organised project files.
