Job summary

Qualifications

• Coordinate daily operational activities for ongoing and confirmed projects.
• Arrange and monitor manpower mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Collect, verify, update, and maintain daily manpower timesheets.
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and consumables for project execution.
• Follow up on vendor purchase orders, invoices, and cost records.
• Coordinate with local agents for marine logistics, permits, and related documentation.
• Prepare, compile, review, and submit QA/QC documents.
• Provide regular operational updates to the Commercial PIC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities for ongoing and confirmed projects.
• Liaise with the Commercial PIC to provide updates on project progress and requirements.
• Follow up on project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate manpower mobilisation/demobilisation and marine transport arrangements.
• Procure materials, coordinate deliveries, and ensure cost tracking and compliance.
• Coordinate with local agents and authorities for permits, transfers, and documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Generate and maintain project cost records and reporting for review.
