Job Scope

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Packaging manpower planning and budget.
• Manage packaging area to meet production targets for cycle time, output and yield
• Lead and manage teams of Packer on day to day operations to meet daily targets.
• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators.
• Prepare status and progress reports as assigned.
• Manage, motivate and oversee shop floor employees in personal, welfare and operational matters.
• Monitor production target and cost in terms of man hours and lead time.
• Ensure all works are in compliance with standard procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in any Engineering related discipline
• Proven leadership ability
• Good analytical and planning skills.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
