Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment and process issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with manufacturing software and systems (e.g. ERP, MES, CMMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
