• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate any line issues.
• Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
• Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
• Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
