Job summary

1‑Year Contract

Yishun

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble and perform functional test of SMT machine/modules in a cell/modules station to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation
• Perform tasks given within designed time with the aid of work instructions or guidance from the R&D or process engineering team
• Follow protocols and adhere to safety standards as part of the assembly team
• Understand and carry out simple assembly adjustments
• Troubleshoot and repair machine problems as and when required
• Understand the production planning schedule and generate output as per specifications
• Assist supervisors/engineers to analyze quality concerns
• Participate in CIP and work towards improving productivity in the work area
• Perform 6S and any other ad‑hoc duties
• Ensure housekeeping and upkeep

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in an engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a machine assembly environment
• Professional technical experience in machine assembly or automation
• Able to work and communicate with colleagues within the company and externally
• Able to meet quality deliveries in accordance with work procedures and scope of deliveries
• Able to maintain work, health and safety standards and practices
