Job summary

Huawei International Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a proactive Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, local distribution, and escalation of operational issues to maintain a seamless supply chain.

You will drive inventory accuracy, manage RMA processes and export documentation, ensure QHSE compliance, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed reports. A Diploma or logistics certification and at least 2 years' warehousing experience are required, with Mandarin proficiency

Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
Analytical, process-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and local distribution; escalate issues as needed.
Maintain inventory accuracy; conduct regular stock takes; enforce 8S and safety standards.
Manage the RMA process and export documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
Process and verify supplier payments; ensure timely invoice settlements.
Ensure compliance with QHSE; conduct inspections and risk assessments.
Monitor logistics KPIs; analyze data and prepare management reports.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor.
